ARTEyes is a graphic utility that lets you retouch those photos to change the red eyes to the original colour, and this process is almost fully automated.

Apart from correcting this error, ARTEyes also lets you apply optimization filters, and effects, for example, to convert a photo to sepia, adjust the brightness, the contrast, etc. It works with the usual graphic formats: JPG, BMP, PSD, PSP, TIFF, etc.
